TUTORIAL || Felicity Smoak [Arrow] Drugstore Makeup

My Arrow makeup series continues on my YouTube channel with a makeup tutorial for one of my favourite characters, Felicity Smoak. Felicity's makeup is very understated in terms of what she does to her eyes. Sometimes she'll do a smokier look but most of the times, it's very understated and natural whilst her cheeks and lips do most of the talking. Felicity's signature look is that bright lip colour and that's what I've tried to emulate in this tutorial.

As I rummaged through my makeup drawers to piece together this look, I noticed that I was largely picking out things that can found in the drugstore. I decided then that I would make the whole tutorial one that only used products from the drugstore so that any fan can channel her inner Felicity Smoak, i.e. a nerdy, adorkable girl that has a propensity to ramble off-topic for about ten-to-twenty seconds before reeling it back in in 3...2...1... Basically, she's adorable. After doing my makeup tutorial inspired by The Arrow last Friday, I knew that Felicity was the only choice for week 2. Week 3 is going to be interesting, let me tell ya!
