TUTORIAL || St. Patrick's Day Makeup Look

As promised on Monday, here is the wearable look for St. Patrick's Day - TOMORROW. I'm very excited for tomorrow because I get to watch the parade in the town named after Saint Patrick and the place of his burial. Hopefully, it won't be too cold because I sit on a stone wall.
